During the winter months our average is in the mid 60's during the day and the high 40s overnight. With our 90 degree temperatures during the day and 70's at night during the summer months, we have many great pleasurable and recreational opportunities.


There are over fifteen cities and municipalities in Lake County with a population of 350,000+ and Tavares being the county seat, which can be reached by auto, boat and plane, with the new seaplane Marina on Lake Dora.  Even though citrus is no longer the "King" of the economy, it still plays a major role. From our wide variety of lifestyles such as adult communities to country club living we are sure you will find Lake County a fantastic place to call home, so we invite you to bring your hopes and dreams, along with your family. **
